I think your files are corrupt. When you upload them to google drive automatically (google drive), convert them from raw to .jpg and raw video to .mp4. If your PC/MAC data is .raw, try finding and downloading raw codecs from your camera manufacturer, like Black Magic, Canon, Nikon, etc. Every manufacturer uses its own raw codecs. Try find duplicate photos and transferring them back to your "phone or drone. And see if you can convert them from them to another format.
