Pod vape test new flavours

I use pod vapes but am also having fun making DIY liquids - the problem is how to test them without wasting a new pod every time I want to test a new one. Do I need to buy some kind of dripper system? If so what is the cheapest way to go as I will only use it for testing? Or do I need something else entirely? I know nothing about vapes other than pod systems. Thanks in advance for advice and suggestions.
