It is sad to say that we will not be able to ship to the state of Arkansas. ACT 1235, a bill that classifies Vape products as Tobacco Products, makes selling directly to consumers in Arkansas illegal. This is a big hit to the vaping community, but you can make your voices heard. Please check out CASAA and SFATA and get involved.

To this day, nothing has changed. AS WRITTEN in the regulations passed by the FDA. All vape shops will be OUT OF BUSINESS because the equipment they sell will be deemed (UNJUSTLY) a tobacco product and will require FDA approval. No Vape Shop will be allowed onsite juice blending. It’s unlikely that any Vape Shop can afford FDA approval of their juices and truthfully, why bother when it is unlikely these chinese manufacturers would submit their products to the FDA for approval. They’ll just sell to the rest of the world. What Vape Shop will still be in business. If the public is lucky there is a handful of Premium Juice Blenders that have made enough money to first, get FDA approval for their juices, and two have enough money to design and manufacture equipment to vape it, and get it approved by the FDA. HOWEVER, if the states pass laws like the one in Arkansas then it all has been turned over to Big Tobacco and you’re right back to a product containing cancerous ingredients since they don’t mind (and are encouraged to) kill us off one by one. Guess everyone has heard their products have already been shown to contain cancer causing ingredients in them. Also, by saying it is illegal to sell direct to the public they are saying all product has to go through Tobacco Product Distributors Only…
I am in the UK and have been buying 3 500ml bottles of 72mg nicotine each time I need 500ml I then use my oldest bottle first. My nicotine is supplied in flat brown glass bottles and I keep them in the freezer.
I will build a substantial supply before EU regulations hit. Just have to take a chance on the nicotine not deteriorating too much. Many people will not have the resources or knowledge to take this type of action. No chance for new vapers.
This is a crazy situation we face it basically amounts to genocide.
All of us! They make more money from people who are addicted to cigarettes, not just big tobacco but also big pharma, and for sure the taxman.They will leech from people until they die and then harass your offspring for the unpaid medical bills.

Been a member of CASAA since early on and lucky to be in Chattanooga with some of the hardest fighting people in the industry. This is the first reason I started DIYing my own juice, building my own coils and using battery type devices, ones you just pop the batteries in and out of… It’s a sad sad world!
That’s why I buy so much. No one knows what the outcome will be. As it stands now it doesn’t look good. If for some reason FDA relax their stance we still have to worry about the states. This is senseless. Vaping is the best thing that ever happened for smokers… now they want it to cease. If all else fails, I hope I’m strong enough to stay off cigarettes.

Just ordered some more nicotine since the same thing is going on in the EU. New regulations all the time and more on the way. I’m not to worried about getting VG or flavour since it is used in food and therefore very hard to ban, although the tobacco flavours are not really used in food as far as I know, but nicotine could become a problem. I’m down to 3 mg so I don’t use all that much and this will last me a long time. Maybe I will be down to 0 mg before it runs out.
You of all people, just like all other DIYers, can be nicotine free long before this all takes place. They can not stop you from buying any ingredients in EJuice except the nicotine. With plenty of equipment (Rebuildable) and 0mg juice you’ll still be able to enjoy vaping. People just need to start weening themselves off of nicotine now. They can not wait until it’s too late…
You’re right. I never thought about going nic free. I need to set a goal and make an effort. Thanks for putting me on the right track. I’m sure nic free juice tastes better.
