I do love me an eggnog mix, sadly the 2 I rate highest are very difficult to get your hands one, here’s a couple of mixes I found worked well, though this has reminded me I really need to play with the flavours again.

Advocatt (SM) basically it’s a creamy flavor that resembles an eggnog. It does have a bit of an alcohol taste to it, sort of a sweet brandy flavor. I originally got it from Diyejuice for Frunkster’s Irish cream recipe then I think I sent it to Lynda. I personally got more of a creamy brandy than eggnog

That sounds like an interesting flavor @McDuckie.

Advocaat is a Dutch liqueur (Sasami changed some letters there to not have legal issues); a creamy, yellow alcoholic beverage made from egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and brandy. (alcohol content of between 14% and 20% ABV)

The yellow liqueur is found throughout Germany (where it is known as Eierlikör), Austria and Belgium although it is primarily produced and consumed in its home country.

Unlike traditional eggnog which uses both egg whites and egg yolks, advocaat only uses the yolks. This gives the drink its custard-like consistency and smooth texture. It also features a deeper flavor than traditional eggnog due to its use of brandy instead of rum or whisky.

This drink is often called ‘‘advocaat of the devil’’ because once you start nipping at the sweet nectar, you cannot resist the temptation to have more. (advocaat is a Dutch word for lawyer)

I heard about non-alcoholic eggnog for the first time in my life only after i bought Eggnog Flavorah (you can imagine how upset i was when FLV wanted to convince me that is an eggnog there so i started searching what that actually is
).

Seriously, we only know eggnog liqueur here, not eggnog cream. Not just me, but everyone it seems because you won’t believe it - i was checking what the word could that be in our languages since i never heard about it and guess what - we don’t even have it apparently; Eggnog is always just Egg Liqueur (and i tried it in several languages and even used dictionaries where all words are, not just google translate; no word for eggnog without a liqueur)

Now when you talk about it so much, i’d want to try your eggnog

(but if i had a choice to take just one i’d still rather take a delicious liqueur, not spices)

Interesting. Our eggnog here comes in milk cartons next to the milk in supermarkets. Always without alcohol. People only usually make it with alcohol if making it at home. I personally never liked eggnog with alcohol. Its not very spiced either. You can usually just taste maybe a hint of nutmeg and ir cinnamon.

The flv eggnog is a bit artificial tasting to me and overly spiced. The lorann eggnog is more of a true representation of real american eggnog

If i do want a alcholic creamy drink i usually go with Coquito
