Wow i would have never guessed that it not a thing over there. There are several different manufacturers of eggnog and they all have a different take on the amount of spice. I prefer the ones with a middle of the road spice strength. I think for me the hardest thing about making a perfect Non Alcohol eggnog comes down to the mouthfeel.
Well not much point in me adding to what it is, seems you guys have covered it in swaths well done!!
I must try the Loorannās by the sound of things, my favorite eggnog flavour is Pure Flavours, but itās impossible to get now unless ordering direct from Germany, luckily I still have a small stash of it.
Sorry for dipping out SD, Iāve not been active in some time, both mixes hold up well, not really ADV material, but make a nice change of pace.
how did you end up getting on with the Irish Cream McDuckie?? thanks for taking the time to make it.
& just reading the above comments I to am flabbergasted, eggnog without alcohol, we donāt get that here in the UK nor did I see it in my years in Germany, here itās thought of very much as a creamy egg liqueur, usually consumed in the festive season.
Never an issue, was glad to see you posting.
I guess that explains why all best Eggnog flavors are from European manufacturers.
I had to go and find my notes from taste testing that recipe. And I wrote that it was indeed a delicious recipe though it did not really portray an accurate Irish Cream. It felt more like a country cream (sweet chocolate cream with brandy) due to the alcohol notes (sweet caramel/brandy notes) from the combined advocatt and butter rum. It was quite good as I did mix and vape 120ml of it. Though I felt as an Irish cream it was about a 5/10. Overall I felt it deserved a 9/10 just because it was delicious.
Iām not in the habit of making a lot of eggnog juice but hereās one from the TMA show complying with the pairings.
Frankly, Iām not a fan of FA Jamaican Special. I wished I had used another rum because for me, the spices from the other flavors were adequate. I should remix one of these days, like thanksgiving 2028. Lol, donāt mind me, Iām feeling blase these days.
Another one im working on. Also really good so far
Lol , Hey look at this oneā¦
I seen the Horchata in your. Im waiting on this eggnog from Apex b4 i rework some of these
Let me know how that silver cloud eggnog is. I have my condensed milk out already for a next version. Good choice.
I wish i could make yours but dont have the flv flavors. Btw i did try my last recipe with flv eggnog instead of the lorann but the lorann def won by a mile. The lorann eggnog with butter rum combo is gold.it just works so well together
The tpa horchata smooth works really well in a eggnog recipe
Oo, I can make this oneā¦but whereās the dirt?
To get a little cinnamon note in there, I found the Eggnog & Moose Milk combo to work really well. Iām thinking Moose Milk & a custard may even form a decent eggnog.
Oh yes Moose Milk is actually a great flavor ā¦Ty for the reminder of that flavor
