Private Recipes Sneak Peek (WIPs) 2020

Idk, but the Deutsch gave it the Chocolate flavor…, & I’m guessing the pralines went along with some others for the icing…, it tasted exactly like the icing on a GCC

Okay… really quick St3v0 asked me to make him a GC Tres Leche Cake…
He told me that he wanted, let me get this straight… it’s like a German chocolate cake collided with the tres leche… so this came about, I winged it… never tasted it before… but its in my rotation.

I thought on changing things up for a long time… but as it is, it is perfect. Knowing my flv flavors like I do… I put it all together and expected, and got the merge of 2 cakes. Light airy cake-y [if there is such a word] and with the help of eggnog, made it rich, creamed milk cake, like the tres leche is known for.

The German chocolate also adds the edges of the cake, as well as lay back so the rest of the cake can be tasted. The pralines are in the frosting and can be tasted too, check! I should have added a cherry, but if I am around… there is no cherries for the cake, I ate them already :stuck_out_tongue:

Set ups really make a difference in the way juice comes out tasting…

I’ve been back and tested at a week and 2, not bad but not the aim.
MF Caramel and Butterscotch are fairly new to me but I was playing with that pairing in something else and thought about this. Gave it a couple of tweaks this morning.

Let me know how this turns out…The Caramel , Butterscotch combo with MF gets a bit soapy when I push ine or the other too high…

I get the impression this is pushing the line from the other tester which was 3 weeks old.
Oh and the MF Vanilla   mixing so much forgot I’d already done a test, found it today.

I am probably way off the mark …This is. Not made , untested …Only my thoughts were added to the Recipe …Orange Julius is just Orange, Milk ,Vanilla and Sugar blended with ICE…While reading the Notes about Creaming Soda i thought Maybe it would be a great place to start. As for the CAP Orage Creamsicle im not even sure I still have any and if i dont Ill be using Royal Orange probably… Anyway I’ll mix this up when my BCF order gets here

Just got VTA VIC and Vanilla Classic, both smell great so added them together. FIrst mix was with 0.50% VC but upped it to 1% right after dripping fresh off the GC Homogenizer and much better. Gonna let it settle overnight but tastes good right after mixing.

Ordering now, at least you’re tempting me with flavours not a $200 plus mod. :crazy_face:Haven’t tried those, but if they’re anything like Vanilla Cream. I need them!

This is just theory crafted as I am waiting on my new WF flavors to arrive.

I am a maniac for anything Vanilla but somehow missed these 2. The Vanilla Classic reminds me of WF Tahitian Vanilla but more smoother and without that little extra something TV has. Once I smelled the Vanilla Classic I knew it was gonna be the first one I try.

The VIC smelled good too but seemed like it needs the vanilla kick. Been looking for a second VIC as I don’t want to use LB in everything lol. The VTA version is not a replacement for LB but so far seems to be a winner.

Try adding some VT Vanilla Frosting to the VT Vanilla icecream it works well.
