What is the taste difference between Vanilla Custard v1 - Capella Flavors and Vanilla Cupcake v2 - Capella Flavors?
I used some of the V2 in a recipe the other day and it seemed to just kill my taste buds off the rest of the night.

The v2 use Butyric Acid - too much of it will taste/smell of vomit. I’m not a fan. I go with v1 every time!

Agreed.
Having used both at different times in the same recipes it’s like night and day.
Someone commented on one of my recipes that says the v2 gives a nutmeg kind of note to the juice and it wasn’t pleasant for them.
