Do any of you guys buy from vendors that re-bottle flavours?if so whats been your experience.the reason i ask is ive just compared two identical concentrates together(one from the manufacturer and 1 re-bottled) and the colour and smell are off by quite alot.the colour and smell of the rebottled 1 is quite weak on both accounts compared to the original.so am i to assume that for the slightly cheaper price its been slightly watered down to accomodate said price?
Personally I have no experience with rebottled flavours, but from what I’ve read about it on this forum I understand that the culprit is most likely that they don’t shake their big batch properly before rebottling.
Yeah ive read that quite a few times but this looks watered down compared to my new bottle.so if it is watered down and not shaken properly its not too good either way.il have to do 2 samples n try em see what happens.
Certainly I have. Just ordered again from Nicotine River and ECX this past weekend.
You didn’t say what vendor, but whichever it is, you should contact them and let them know of your problems. Most of them are very good at taking care of us.
I think il have to give them a ring and see what they say.i dont want to really name and shame them because there service so far has been excellent hence me buying re bottled off them.ive even put both liquids in identical bottles to make sure its not the bottle colour.
No im uk,but ive seen their name mentioned on here a few times.just to make it clear though this is my 1st time ive had to question there service,so far its been top notch so il ring them tommorow and see what they say,in the meantime im gonna make 2 samples and test them in a few days and compare.
We need to get NR to open in a shop in UK for you guys. They are great.
There are some really good shops in the uk and id like to see a few more shall we say larger shops that sell everything under one roof for the diyer.id love to see a big ol american brand move over here though id certainly be interested in that.
who was it? PM me if you don’t want to name and shame, I’ve worried about this in the past, I mean it’s so easy to do if the supplier isn’t completely above board…
That would be marvellous!
As far as I know no-one “waters down” their flavours you can however get a bad pour if the bottle has been left sitting for a period of time and not shaken.
if it’s who I think it is… it isn’t the first (even second or third) time I’ve heard this
Il tell you why i first thought it may have happened, when i mix a juice up off here that has countless ppl saying how good it is and then mine turns out bland using the shops concentrate, then i make the same recipie using the same concentrates but from the manufacturer and its perfect then i started to think something was wrong.who knows i could be totally wrong but i dont think i am.
Can you let me know who it is, if its only in the states then dont worry about it, cheers!
No its the uk.
There is one re-bottler here in the US that I decided I will no longer buy from. I won’t name them because they haven’t done anything wrong per se, but I have found enough discrepancies in the flavor of the small bottles I have bought from them and what I have bought directly from manufacturers. For instance, the FW cotton candy tasted nothing like what I got directly from FW. One of the Capella flavors I bought from them was a big enough bottle that it had Capella’s label on it so it listed the ingredients and Capella’s address. Oddly enough Capella had changed the formula and had moved. So the bottle I got was old stock. How old? I have no idea. So it happened enough times that I had to question the accuracy of the flavors I was getting from them. Secondly driving my decision is that a newer supplier came on the scene close by for me, and they usually ship out my order within one day instead of 2-3 days. One advantage to buying directly from FW is the label will be printed with a batch number and date of manufacture.
Please PM me the supplier.
Yep, would work to get original stuff where I can now. One vendor that was cheap, UK, with garbage in-house stuff also I think gave me a cold from a snivvler that had handled the bottle. Great.
