The VG versions are the exact same flavor just in a VG base. From what most people report, you just need a higher % of the VG version. Other folks could give you more accurate advice on this but from what I gather, it seems like 10-15% of the VG version = 1-3% of the SC version and it takes longer to steep the VG.

Please tell me UK vendors have bought these two? 
Depending on the flavor and your tastes you may need to go as high as 20%, and steep for 1 or 2 months. What vg percent do you end up at normally after adding pg flavors? I would just add some PG to get there.

Couldnāt he just add a little distilled water to thin his heavy VG juices enough to run the way he wants and skip the whole PG thing if he wanted?

Yes just add PG to get to whatever VG/PG ratio you want.
I have found that the Bread Pudding VG base is actually better to me used within 2 weeks of mixing not with a long steep.
As others here have already pointed out the VG version of RF the % you use for most people including myself is between 15 and 20% as a single flavor mix.
On the distilled water suggestion it has been my personal experience that 2% or less works fine but any higher be ready for a lot of popping and cracking from the coil with little hot burst of steamy water droplets being inhaled. .

Anywhere from 80% to 90% vg. Iād like to keep it at around 70-80%, though.
