I use koh gen do cotton for the atlantis coils, 1 3/4" long x 5/8" wide (approx), pull the cotton in half, it comes in squares. Wet it and put compressed side towards coil when u rewrap. if u dont use enuff cotton u will flood. U can buy koh gen do on ebay or amazon.
