Notes
v1 was tasty but it lacked the depth I wanted. It feels overly complicated with a tang on the tongue that wasn’t desirable.
Version 1
Strawmelon Custard v1
0.3% Anise (FA)
0.25% Lemon (MF)
0.4% Liquid Stevia (Pyure)
0.5% Sour Wizard (FA)
1.6% Strawberry (SC) (Real Flavors)
6% Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP)
0.6% Watermelon (Medine Flower)
Flavor total: 9.65%
Changes for v2…
- Add a cream to help the flavors linger on the palate.
- Increase the strawberry a bit and boost it with a bit of Raspberry.
- Step up the sweetness a little.
- Drop the Anise, Sour and Lemon. I can do without these layers. They’re only complicating this mix. Custards should be simple IMO.
- Lower the melon a bit. It’s a little too forward for what I want.
Wild Raspberry (MF) 2 drops per 30 mls.
