By the looks of the angel of the mod in the car door pocket, it’s fell on it’s side and fired.
That’s the woman’s stupidity as far as i can see, could be wrong.
Bad press, that’s all we need. 
Good thing she didn’t have a dog…or young child…and NOT because of the mod.
Yes especially in that heat. Smashed a window or two in my time with idiots leaving dogs in cars.
