It’s described as the cream filling inside deserts like eclairs and tiramisu. I have very little experience with creams, but you could try Zoochberry cream by @et3rn1ty without the fruits. Might be some place to start. Or @Alisa and @Pro_Vapes both have creamstone recipes that may work as a starting place, too. Good luck!

I usually use a marshmallow, custard and creams combo when I try to make a filling.
