I think your thread just got totally derailed by car porn, lol. Maybe we will get it back on track soon as he post more pics of those sexy cars.

Did you race your Nissan GTR. My mate from school has the cash to race. I don’t see him as much as I’d like kids an all. But love watching him get around when I can. That’s his gt4 he had s r35 I think that’s what it is. Definitely a GTR though.

Sweet machinery @woftam the monaro is easily my favourite car. Wow. Followed by a 65 soft top pony. my dad had one. Biased. Back to working on my 10th scales mmmm, feeling inadequate, race meet Sunday should fix that.

Ok ok back to the thread. Sorry Op. But tinman started it, don’t look at me.

That video is a porsche I think - I would have liked a 35 but they weren’t out when I got the r33.

All my cars were road cars - But I was partners in a 1974 corolla that had a 20b turbo rotary in it. It was 980 hp & was a 1/4 mile car that used to pull sub 9s (was mostly fibre glass) we stopped because it was killing hollinger gearboxes every second outing and at 3k per box wasn’t doing us any good.

Can just see it in the background of this engine shot.

Getting so far off topic now it isn’t funny lol

But just a little more won’t hurt much lol

Here is my father in law’s (Jim Fife) car in 1970 when he held the Australian 1/4 mile record in his Ford Falcon XW GTHO II

Yes it’s a Cayman gt4, he still has the r35 and raced it , but now a Porsche. I think he prefers it because the class is more popular. Nice to have the choice though.

Drag man, your ears must be cactus. don’t know much about drags. But do know how 'kn hard it must be to get all that power 980hp in a corolla!!! Onto the road. Hah all for the buzz. For a buzz. Those old falcons looked nice huh.

Oh god, this op is getting notifications about cars when he asked about what was it again. Sorry bud…

Lmao op???

I will talk cars all day long

Being this is going on here’s my other toy lol
