What have you tried so far? I read the description and some comments, seems like you would want a sugar cookie, maybe some graham cracker, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
From the description it’s a southern style sugar cookie w/ bit of butter and cinnamon

Here is my sugar cookie taste just like one to me. You could always add a touch of cinnamon to your taste of course.
