This is a long shot, but I am interested in approximating Hypnotic from Cloud9.
“Cloud 9” is a very common name for vape shops, but this is a e-liquid manufacturer which seems to be based in Portland, OR. Its juice is very commonly found in shops around the area (like Division Vapor). I don’t know if they have any reach outside Portland, though.
