Both. People use them for different reasons. I mainly use parallel. I only have one series deck. I normally don’t vape anything higher than a .36, or lower than a .08. .36 I’ll use on a dna, .15-.08 for a mech (using the correct battery’s for ultimate safety of course) 
For me it depends on the juice, the mod etc. some juices too me taste better at lower wattages.

Now there’s another question would you have to make a juice for a series build with more flavour or less ,I like the look of the new saga twin 18650 series mod reminds me of the niosey cricket looks like another hole to go down

The Noisy Crickets were cool little mods.
They work much better with the upgrade kits.
I still have a few of them still new in the boxes.
