LMAOā¦not at you but because it reminds me of the time I had to rub some Icy/Hot on my trick knee and had a similar situation. Can laugh at it now, but back then I was in serious trouble as I wasnāt home at the time and had to drive.

It would be pretty easy to fake, but I think itās real. I mean, look at his other videos (you donāt have to actually watch them, just look at the titles/subjects), this is his whole schtick.
