After almost 2 wks of emails and ticket replies with EFun.Top for a request for a refund for this broken black xcube2, I had to file a claim with PayPal. I’ve supplied everything Efun requested and it’s all within the parameters of their return/refund policy. I don’t blame them for the issues with the xcube2 but their policy does state they will refund for a purchase that doesn’t work. They give you 24 hrs to respond to their ticket request but take their time (days) to reply to yours. It has been 3 days since my last 3 replies and I haven’t heard back from them yet. Getting products out in a timely manner is considered good customer service, but the true test is how they deal with a problem, and there I have to say EFun is a failure. I just want it settled so I can close this chapter with SMOK xcube2 ordeal and wipe this from my memory.
Go to paypal and let them deal with it mate. You’ve had nothing but hassle with that second cube, never mind the learning curve with the first one. You have been patient with the customer service and wheres that got you? I, like many others use paypal for that very reason.

I’ve got a claim in with PayPal. I’ve got a record of all my correspondence with EFun. I leaped throw all their hoops and still was left dry. They will probably say I wasn’t patient enough or something like that and settle. They are a good vendor until there’s a problem. EFun has lost my business.
I threw a note to my Ebay seller and he said he would try to work something out with the factory even if they can’t fix the issue. That’s doing more than I expect so I’m not going to neg or reverse charges on him.
Yeah I’ve got to say the cube is a real nice looking and we’ll put together mod. Even the screen is tits. Buuuuuttttt, their whole inability to execute software on a software-centric mod be pissing me off. The software is completely retarded. It’s like a 6th graders science project.
