This is a recipe I have been working on for months. I would like to get some feedback on this recipe.

What is the purpose of white distilled vinegar

Have you ever try to let it steep for, lets say, a month?

@chrispdx I used the white distilled vinegar to take out some of the harshness of the juice. Thank you for your question.
@Laberythm I have 10ml steeping as we speak. Thank you for your idea.

Tell us how it’s turn out after some steep period! 
I think that if you steep it properly you will not need vinegar.
