Thank you @JoJo…I stayed away from this topic because it pissed me off to begin with and ignorance is bliss I suppose and I don’t enjoy being so angry…and… well… full of hate and the urge to shot big tobacco in the head!
Sad doesn’t even come close to it…devastation doesn’t either…it’s an emotion I don’t believe I have ever felt. How can ANY human being be persuaded by such false information that everyone knows is being fed from big tobacco and pharma this day n age…the truth of it all is right there big as life for everyone to see but yet they more than likely will just ignore it and hand it all back to those like BT…
I hope the FDA makes the right choice but deep down I know they will not…if the truth had more $ then the devils maybe…
I’m all for regulations even if that means I can’t make my own juices to sell without jumping through hoops, much like obtaining liquor licenses and that. I want regulations for what they are intended…to make sure our products are safe or as safe as can be that is…

This is all about money, not our health, not even the health of minors. The FDA has made that clear by basically banniing post 2007 equipment and handing this industry over to big tobacco. They know without equipment the Vaping industry can not survive. Big tobacco will most likely be the only ones who have the money to get equipment and juice approved by the FDA. Wouldn’t surprise me if they gave them a break or even waived costs.
Who’s bitching?
Big tobacco is losing money from loss of sales. 46 states out of 50 are collecting money from Big Tobacco to supposedly cover extra healthcare costs because of the sale of tobacco. The dollar figures have dropped because of our industry. The money they receive is based on sales figures of tobacco. The states are also losing money from Sin Tax. Another entity with lots of lobbyist that are bitching loudly is the drug manufactures. They are losing sales with the nicotine gums, patches, and other stop smoking products.
The list is long and I have not the time to go farther. Have to work today…

I have the joy of living in Florida now where they are trying to classify vaporizers as Class I drug paraphernalia, meaning if a police officer sees me with a vaporizer, they then have probable cause to stop me and search me. Bit counter productive…last I shall say here but I would love to start a new thread about all this and maybe we can all be a little more proactive about whats to come…even if it’s a David and Goliath type scenario

Here’s hoping!! We just need more people to take action! I fear a mass majority of people have that “Someone else will take care of it” mentality from what I see unfortunately…
I’m not a sign a petition type guy but I was looking at some of the major petitions that are floating around out there and there is only a few thousand signatures on them when I know there’s a hell of a lot more of us then that!
The FDA is over reaching with this equipment ban for sure! They dont regulate pipes, screens and all that in hardware stores for tobacco or regulate shot glasses, etc for alcohol so why should this be any different ya know?
They also don’t classify nic gum/patches as tobacco either…it’s just all bullshit and as we know comes down to $
I just personally wish there was more I can do

As a matter a fact, yes, I just did last night! Once I saw what Florida is planning to do with their classification and 85% tax hike that added jet fuel to my fire! I moved down here about 3 years ago from Chicago and slowly been learning about how backwards this state is on a lot of issues. It seems like everything they do is counterproductive and if I can get pulled over and searched like a drug addict just because they saw me vaping?! Is about as backwards as it gets not to mention it speaks volumes to the whole medical Marijuana issue and again…counter productive…
