I’m looking for a very simple spearmint profile using tfa spearmint, I tried it at the average suggested level but its WAY too harsh. Can anyone suggest a good starting point and possibly a few flavours that would help round it out nicely?.. Thanks in advance

I imagine Vanilla Swirl will knock it down a peg. I don’t have that mint but I use VS with other mints. ~1% is probably a good place to start.
A different approach could be adding ethyl maltol to give it a more candy taste, maybe ~0.5%.
Depending on what you like, both might suit you. Or neither, lol. Good luck!
