Well On this end we are all going crazy for a gingerbread flavor a friend of the company sent us a sample of.
So all the people that DIYmix here are scrambling trying to make a ginger bread where the sweet bread is the main note with subtle hints of ginger… maybe cinnamon too.

I am gunna mix up a licorice mix and call it “Lump of Coal” so i can literally give people a lump of coal and still feel ok

Scratch the nutmeg. Cloves! Needs clove not nutmeg. A bit of egg or custard, butter and vanilla. Maybe a dash of malt and or FLV Wheat for some flour?
