just put the volume you have in ELR and change your preferences to grams if u want a conversion.
funny i used to use FW sweetener. i actually found it better than tpa 's and cap supersweet. (but thats just me)
i dont use at all now though.
I just used some cap super sweet for the first time about 10 minutes ago
