I would love to see this give Big T, Big P the FDA and the politicians the big F-U. Of course it will just be a matter of time before that gets regulated for “the safety of the children”.
I want everyone to remember one thing. The FDA Regs consider our devices a tobacco product. Not only that, even though 0mg nic Ejuice is said to be exempt from the regs, if it’s intended use is for use in a ENDS product, then said 0mg ejuice becomes a tobacco product and therefore not exempt. So, Ejuice using synthetic nicotine and not actually a true tobacco product will still be considered a tobacco product when it’s intended use is in a ENDS product. Bastards cover all bases…

Yup, but a lot of people are still confused and think these regulations are about health and safety and based on facts. If that was true they would be sponsoring the industry instead of regulating it to death.
