TF4V new quad Clapton coil and triple Clapton RBA

For those interested, there’s a new quad core Clapton prebuilt coil and a new triple core Clapton RBA. Both fit the TF4V and the TF4V Mini.

TF-T4 Quad core Clapton - .2 Ohms 60-150W
TF-R3 Triple Clapton RBA - .16 Ohm preinstalled coils.

Mini kit comes with a dual coil prebuilt and a single coil RBA, but yes they’re both Claptons.

I was just going to post and ask you about those. Saw your post in the Vape Mail thread. I had them in my shopping cart last night but didn’t pull the trigger. Was curious What SS they use to see about downloading a cvs for the Reuleaux.

I think you can use the standard SS CSV - TCR on the XCube Mini is set to 0.001 and it’s regulating fine! Actually pretty good taste from this coil head!

But as I usually say: The pre-built coils are great if you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to build on the TF-R2  Though they’re kinda expensive…

Sweet, I’ve been waiting for those to get in stock locally. Can you tell if it really is a Clapton?

This is true. I’m just getting into the building aspect. Have a couple TF-R2s and Crius. Want the prebuilt for backup and those I’m too lazy moments. I’m not too fast with the builds yet. :smirk:

Awesome! Was looking for a list like that. :+1:

It doesn’t look like a clapton - they must have forgotten to remove the graphic from the packaging :stuck_out_tongue:

The C in the part number STC2 made me curious.

Plus the fact that on the box it says “Clapton Coil Prebuilt”. Just double checked, it’s definitely not a clapton.

Thanks for checking!

What mod were you using these on? If it’s the xCube on TC did you notice it regulating any different than other coils? Just curious.

I only used it on the XCube Mini 75W so far - 250oC on HARD - works beautifully. I think they’ve changed the firmware from the XCube 2. It doesn’t actually cut out power - I was kinda surprised!

Hey, and now they’ve added an 8 core Clapton. TF-T8 .16 ohms, 100-140W. Busy little bees they be.
:bee: :bee: :bee: :bee: :bee: :bee: :bee: :bee:

Mine just arrived today along with the TF-R2 that I ordered. So in total i received 3 decks:

  • TF-R2 kit
    = TF-R2 Dual RDA
  • Beasts Kit
= TF-R3 triple clapton coil RDA
    = TF-T4 .20 ohms

It took me a good hour and a half to decide which one was going to replace my TF-R1 which works awesome by the way, built it dual coil (i know its for single coil!) with claptons at .31 ohms.

The TF-R3 is not leaving this tank anytime soon. (except for new coils and re-wicking)

The flavour coming out of this thing is just the best I’ve had in a tank.
And the cloud is so intensely dense, the moment i let it out, its just drops down to the floor looking. Its so freaking DENSE.

Im using the TFV4 standard size and an Evic Vtc Mini and set it to 50w. Went up to 60w and wow it is a dream.
I didnt think I could like my TFV4 even more but this TF-R3 made me feel like its prom night all over again.

The TFV4 may have its issues, but you just gotta learn to work it and it’ll do wonders.
My only issue now is, the juice goes faster . It was a juice killer to begin with but with the TF-R3, it just graduated to Hannibal Lecter level. But Im ok with that.

I thought at first that the juice was leaking somehow but I took it apart and bottom chamber had zero juice in it.

if you have the TFV4 tank, get this, it will blow your mind. If you dont have a TFV4, find one and get the TF-R3.

Now, as for the TF-R2 and the TF-t4, someday, maybe ill try them. :slightly_smiling:
