The joy of experimenting

Heya folks. Dont know how anyone else feels but I hate sitting down and experimenting to come up with new flavors. With that said, I have in fact just finished a new batch of flavors. After 2 and a half hours I have 4 recipes of my own and one from DIYorDIE vaping that I tweeked a little for my tastes. Going to let them steep for roughly a week and see how they vape. They are as follows:

Chocolate Milk
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Caramel Apple
Candy Apple
Frosted Flakes

After mixing I tasted a small dab of each flavor and Im pretty excited at what I have come up with. If they vape as good as they taste, I will post them under my recipes.

Have you ever looked at recipes online or in a magazine to help jump start your creativity? Dessert recipes are endless as are fruit. Find one that suits your style and try to recreate it in a liquid.

Yes Sir I certainly have. Spent a lot of time on this fine site looking at
other mixers recipes and have taken one or two of them myself. But, I find
that once I have a recipe on lockdown and its smooth, flavorful and just
downright good. I get a sense of pride (yeah I knoow it might sound crazy).
And for as much of a pain experimenting can be, I still sit down and do it
from time to time. To me, I guess vaping will always be a work in prohress
hehe.

you are absolutely right on all accounts. i truly believe this e liquid craft is an art; and with all arts, it takes a LOT of time, effort and knowledge of flavors as a whole plus lots of experimentation of what blends well and what does not. to make your very own blend does create self pride to know that you actually did it and that it tastes good.

Without a doubt this becomes both a hobby and an art form. It is spectacular to nail a recipe and think, yesssssssssssss.

In saying that, there is also disappointment, when things don’t quite turn out…

So many disappointments. Almost every cereal recipe I have tried has turned
out so harsh that they are un-vapable. But still I try.

I have had great success with cereals, particularly berry crunch and corn flakes.
I fing florals the most difficult to work with

Most of my flavors are either baked goods or ice cream types. Im just
starting to get into candies and cereal. My goals are to have a cereal vape
for a couple different cereals with a good Tricks clone at the top of my
list. Ace of Vapes makes a juice called Trickz (not 100% on the name
anymore) and it is, or was the last time I vaped it, delicious. The rest of
my recipes are public under my name so take a look. Not a massive amount
but the ones I do have are all ADVs for me.
