The Winter Solstice Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn (live webcast provided by the Griffith Observatory, LA). Jupiter and Saturn haven’t come this close for 400 years. At certain viewpoints they will appear as one light.

We sure do have a few things in common and I have always thought highly of you.
Anywho, I have been waiting for this day for months and months. 400 years do be exact! LOL I have a cheap telescope but it’s better than nothing and it’s better than the naked eye. Last night was brilliant and it’s like this for a few days and I’m excited about it.
@Ed133 I was curious how this affects Astrology. It might be too long of an answer for you to write out. I am only curious.

Correct re how complicated it would be to give a detailed run down of what this conjunction is going to bring over the next 20 yrs. Contrary to what many are saying this ‘Great’ Conjunction happens every 20 years or so; this one is a bit special given it’s date (the solstice) and the fact that it takes place on the cusp of your sign (Aquarius). Without being too much of a party pooper:roll_eyes: this, along with the Pluto/Pluto Conjunction in the US Mundane chart does not bode well for mankind’s (Aquarius) future going forward. With things like this Astrology has taught me it can sometimes be easier just sticking one’s head in the sand and hoping for the best 
(But perhaps taking a leaf out of the LDS’s book by putting some food, water, vape juice, Nic and ammunition bye:wink:)

I have the feeling that if this virus gets stopped before finishing it’s job another one is around the bend. I believe the earth is in the midst of trying to balance itself out. Right now we have to much of a population for the planet’s resources. It’s been said that the earth has ways of “throwing us off”. I believe it. It’s only mother nature doing her thing. We messed up.

Speaking from a purely Astrological point of view we are moving from a time of the fish (Pisces), a religio/spiritual paradigm, to the realm of the water bearer (Aquarius), where religion and spirituality will be left behind by the bulk of mankind, favouring a purely humanist paradigm, in a way bringing the predicted “…great falling away…” mentioned in Revelation; those of a religious bent refer to it as the "End Times"
. I do not doubt that you are bang on re the “…throwing us off…” comment, in this case however, I think there are forces at work which have nowt to do with Gaia’s self-protective mechanisms (only IMHO, of course). This is only the beginning, much as 9/11 was only the beginning for the last cycle of the ‘Great Conjunction’ heralding, as it did, the destruction of the US (look around Muth and compare the US now and the US pre 9/11, it is NOT the same fredom-loving, inclusive REPUBLIC, it once was). Saturn has the upper hand in this Conjunction and (again from a purely Astrological perspective), will mean, 1. An international financial collapse (‘They’ will blame on the actions taken to cope with the pandemic) 2. The move to a Universal Income from the Govt, this will be used to entice us to accept the phasing out of cash to be replaced by digital currency. 3. The phasing out of private means of transport in order to limit our ability to freely travel. 4. A compulsory vaccine (Their way of achieving the “…throwing us off…” you mentioned). We are, unfortunately, sleep-walking into the ‘2030’ agenda and, when we fully recognise what that entails, it will be too late to do anything about it. The first 10 years of this Conjunction are going to be truly mind-boggling in the changes that will ensue, so hang on to your hat, this is going to be a real ‘roller coaster’. All of the aforementioned is based entirely on Astrological theory so please, just call me a kook and ignore me, but I have little doubt in my own mind that the population reduction that happens (and it will), will most likely be the result of the actions of MEN rather than Gaia. All in my very humble opinion though:wink:.

What a voice. That took me way back. I saw the Broadway cast of Hair at the Circle Theater in Indianapolis Indiana somewhere around 1970. Melba Moore (pretty sure that’s her above) just belted it out. Of course we all had the hair and dabbled in astrology for “mating ritual” purposes only. Mine went the way of buzzcut at the US Army induction center in Chicago. I’ve never recovered from that horrifying experience.

The old broadway cast toured Germany in the late 80s. They played in school sports halls in front of 300 people! I’ve seen them in one of these sports hall events and didn’t know they were the original cast. What a surprise that was!

Funny, I was just thinking about that the other day, how things have changed since then. As for further population reduction it seems it is already here, the 2nd wave of the viral mutation is currently teaming in the UK. I think I heard on the news tonight that we will be banning flights from the UK. Dr. Fauci said if it’s rampant in the UK, expect it to already be here. He hasn’t been wrong yet.
Regarding Revelations and all that prophecy stuff, I’m sure you’re right on with some sort of catastrophic collapse. There must be collapse before rebirth. I happen to have a positive bent on all this and know that many won’t make it but those of us who do will herald in a new awakening. This will happen over time. I don’t expect some Hollywood blockbuster style of change but a steady transition to better things to come. And yes, I do believe it will be a humanist paradigm because I’ve been dedicating the last 40 years of my life to it. It is going to happen and my foremost prayers and wishes go to our youth. Maybe I’ll get to see the beginnings of the shift before it’s my time to pass. I would like that.

Sorry about your own hair experience, though. I knew people who went to Nam. Unfortunately, some were never right after that. A couple guys who would never even think of taking drugs returned full blown addicts. One guy said that you could buy a box of cigarettes that was laced with purple heroin (smoking heroin), Iirc.

Roughly 300.000 a day die of starvation due to food not being transported anymore, or very little.
This has been going on since March. Anybody can do the math.
No Western camera will venture into these areas, they are too busy focusing on grandma of 85+ and telling young kids not to hug grandma, because that would kill her and it will be their fault 
Vaccins will reduce the population even further.

I’ll just comment that regardless of how the awake examine our situation, be it astrology, biblical, humanist, or by conventional science which is cause and effect and not belief, all roads lead to the same conclusions. Maybe that is the conjunction?
