Time has passed, flavors that hold up to high heat?

OK… so here is what I have learned. My mints had to be turned down to 4% or less or they burn and do something weird to the Kanthal over 30 Watts. The custards still hold up like an animal. Coffee gets really bitter if it isn’t kept to micro percentages and mixed with creamy stuff. Any strawberry holds up well but mixed berries get really bitter and weird over 32 Watts. After this time has passed since I asked the question, what are some of peoples favorite flavors that take the sub ohm heat like boss?
