They mean “caution” OR they act as a way of getting your attention, so that you will hopefully take notice of the notes in orange.
Such as:
- is a flavor that may melt or crack plastic tanks
- may contain something that you may be averse to (ethically, religiously, physically, etc)
- some item of important information.
