So love this recipe below but I have heard some good things about liquid barn vanilla bean ice cream
Do you think it is worth replacing vanilla bean ice cream tfa to liquid barns one if so what % the same as TFA’s?
just to add i do not use cooling in it 
LB has a lean towards a custard element so is slightly different and slightly stronger in comparison to TFA VBI.
Both excellent in their own right.
Might be worth experimenting with both and trying a sub with Cap VBI as theyre all excellent flavourings.
