UK's NHS updates they views on e-cigs based on PHE reports

Good news! NHS (National Health Service in the UK) has now updated its advice to reflect the publication of research by Public Health England.

Nice post @daath. I think over time all the negativity surrounding vaping will subside after all these early factless claims are proven wrong.
