Yeah I’ve seen “shipping labels created” and “Uspo Awaiting Item* no problem there, but after they got it showing “Package Acceptance Pending” for 3days had me a bit nervous…

So my email confirmation says 10/22, but the USPS Informed delivery says 10/21. I’ll take that as a positive.

Interesting that I got an email from One on One concentrates encouraging me to order some flavors that go in a Thanksgiving (FOOD) recipe.
I wonder if we’ll be able to order flavor extracts for our cupcakes and candlemaking?

I ordered an OXVA Arbiter 28mm RTA from Everzon on 10.16. From the page it sounded like they were shipping it from a USA warehouse. As of today the USPS tracking number they issued for it ready:
" USPS Currently Awaiting Package
A status update is not yet available for your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon."
It seems that it is on the slow boat ride from China or perhaps Hong Kong. I haven’t seen any of the Chinese players that were actively shipping before the 21st stop advertising, and their main method of retail US delivery, is handover to USPS.
I’m not terribly concerned that the RTA will be confiscated, but I guess it is a possibility.
On a side not I ordered an Apocalypse from Armageddon Manufacturing (FL) the day before the ban took effect. They posted it on the 22nd and it was delivered yesterday.
I think it is going to take some time and dedicated recourses that aren’t currently in place to stop the flow of products. Businesses that have nothing to lose (foreign/especially China) have no reason to stop selling product. Buyer beware I guess. I do fully expect Everzon to honor the RTA I purchased, they should refund me if the item is confiscated, but I really doubt that will be necessary to chase.

Vendors in the US are finding a way to get our products to us. Ordered from My Vpro the 23rd. Got a shipping notification email a minute ago. Have me a Fed X tracking number.

I couldn’t agree more.
Look, maybe I’ve SEEMED against USPS, and I’m not. Most of our carriers rock, and take care of us, some do not. The politics of what they’re doing, are just stupid. I have no control over their pension plan, payouts, etc., I’m just the consumer, but I’m head scratching.

Óur reps don’t think things things thru. They get the compulsive behavior to act to be seen. Especially if it’s a election year. We are a society of lawyers. Not very good ones at that because they are political because that’s where their money and power is based. Doesn’t matter which side of the isle. God help us all.

Got an update on my Everzon RTA order from USPS:
" Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting ItemOctober 27, 2021 at 10:40 am WHITTIER, CA 90601"
I guess we’ll see how the handover and postal service works now… (btw - there was no signature delivery or special handling process involved in the purchase)

. I opened the door as the USPS mail person walked up and handed me the box. It didn’t fit the mailbox.

Prior to last week the post office would just drop off my adult signature packages and not require a signature. Now, the last two packages, I’ve been forced to sign for.

I got a couple or orders from USPS that should have required adult signatures, but the mail carrier just left them in my mailbox, not even leaving something to sign. I haven’t ordered any vape related stuff in a couple of months (I’m pretty well set for a while), but will be interested what will happen with my next order(s). If I have to go pick them up somewhere to sign for them, I’ll do it. It is an inconvenience, but not a huge inconvenience.

Total opposite for me. The lady who delivers my mail drops off dog bisqkits for my dog all year though I would return the favor and gave her about 10-15 pound’s of tomato’s from the garden. She now signs for my mail.

Received my RTA this morning. Apparently the package traveled from China to CA to Orlando via DHL and then was handed over to USPS - there were no markings on the package indicating a point of origin, other than a return address in CA (most likely a DHL distribution center). It looks like perhaps the item was drop-shipped and labeled in CA before handoff to USPS after traveling to Orlando FL.

WOTFO does the same thing. It’s cheaper for the Chinese to forward to pick and pack warehouses. I also noticed after shipping from California they use another company to tell you it has shipped.
