The United States Postal Office (USPS) has issued the final ruling that prohibits the mailing of vape and vape-related products effective on October 21, 2021. This effectively bans the shipments of electronic cigarettes, vape kits, disposables, vaporizers, E-Liquids, and vape accessories through the USPS network.
Moving forward, Element Vape will continue to serve customers nationwide by partnering with Regional Carriers and specialist carriers to deliver your packages. Our team has worked diligently in the past few months to establish an active shipping network for vape mail delivery. Changes to shipping rates, mail service availability, and estimated transit times will be made available at checkout.
We encourage customers to place their orders today for adequate stock reserves as we cannot guarantee your order will be processed and shipped with USPS after October 21.
In the following days, there will be limited mailing service to certain regions throughout the U.S. If we are unable to ship to your area, a notification will be indicated at checkout. Please check back with us in a few weeks as we will be increasing the coverage area on a weekly basis by partnering with new local carriers.

So I ordered some Real Flavors SC from DIYVaporSupply on 10/22 not thinking about the shipping ban but figured it was just flavors so no big deal… was shipped on 10/22 First Class, then sat in Waterford, MI PO until today 10/25 “Package Acceptance Pending”…
I was getting nervous because of the word “Vapor” in their name even though I only ordered *concentrates”, anyways it got accepted today and is shipping out 
Now I’ll be Leary of ordering US PO from any site with the word Vapor in their name…

I placed an order for RDA’s and such on 10/21. When I got an email confirmation about 20 or less minutes after, it showed the order date as 10/22. Turns out it was 10/21 my time(CST) and 10/22 their time (EST). It’s a big order for me and I’ve been sweating bullets. Today I received an email confirming that my order shipped. I’m still a bit nervous.

Yeah I’ve seen “shipping labels created” and “Uspo Awaiting Item* no problem there, but after they got it showing “Package Acceptance Pending” for 3days had me a bit nervous…

So my email confirmation says 10/22, but the USPS Informed delivery says 10/21. I’ll take that as a positive.

Interesting that I got an email from One on One concentrates encouraging me to order some flavors that go in a Thanksgiving (FOOD) recipe.
I wonder if we’ll be able to order flavor extracts for our cupcakes and candlemaking?

I ordered an OXVA Arbiter 28mm RTA from Everzon on 10.16. From the page it sounded like they were shipping it from a USA warehouse. As of today the USPS tracking number they issued for it ready:
" USPS Currently Awaiting Package
A status update is not yet available for your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon."
It seems that it is on the slow boat ride from China or perhaps Hong Kong. I haven’t seen any of the Chinese players that were actively shipping before the 21st stop advertising, and their main method of retail US delivery, is handover to USPS.
I’m not terribly concerned that the RTA will be confiscated, but I guess it is a possibility.
On a side not I ordered an Apocalypse from Armageddon Manufacturing (FL) the day before the ban took effect. They posted it on the 22nd and it was delivered yesterday.
I think it is going to take some time and dedicated recourses that aren’t currently in place to stop the flow of products. Businesses that have nothing to lose (foreign/especially China) have no reason to stop selling product. Buyer beware I guess. I do fully expect Everzon to honor the RTA I purchased, they should refund me if the item is confiscated, but I really doubt that will be necessary to chase.

Vendors in the US are finding a way to get our products to us. Ordered from My Vpro the 23rd. Got a shipping notification email a minute ago. Have me a Fed X tracking number.

I couldn’t agree more.
Look, maybe I’ve SEEMED against USPS, and I’m not. Most of our carriers rock, and take care of us, some do not. The politics of what they’re doing, are just stupid. I have no control over their pension plan, payouts, etc., I’m just the consumer, but I’m head scratching.

Óur reps don’t think things things thru. They get the compulsive behavior to act to be seen. Especially if it’s a election year. We are a society of lawyers. Not very good ones at that because they are political because that’s where their money and power is based. Doesn’t matter which side of the isle. God help us all.

Got an update on my Everzon RTA order from USPS:
" Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting ItemOctober 27, 2021 at 10:40 am WHITTIER, CA 90601"
I guess we’ll see how the handover and postal service works now… (btw - there was no signature delivery or special handling process involved in the purchase)
