Maybe the USPS will eventually reconsider.

It’s not a USPS decision. They are required by Congress to adhere to the PACT Act.

I got an email from eightvape saying they secured a shipping option for continental us.

After the surprising news of the amendments to the PACT act, we’re happy to announce that we’ve secured alternative carrier solutions for order shipments, and will continue servicing most of our customers in the continental U.S. We’re utilizing a network of local and regional carriers to ensure that packages arrive quickly, and in compliance with all state and federal laws.

Beginning March 15, 2021, some states will be activated in our network, and must use our single shipping option at checkout. Over the next two months, we’ll roll out this network to cover customers in all states, and make our single shipping option available to everyone. We’re planning to expand carrier selection in the future so customers have more shipping options to choose from. All packages will be Adult Signature Required parcels (21+), and MUST be signed for. Drop-off not available.

Because of this, we’re urging you to send vape mail to your places of work, so it’s easier to receive a package during the day. Or if someone is at home during the day, they can sign for the package. The signee does not have to be the recipient of the package, but only an adult who lives or works at the shipping address.

We’ll continue to provide tracking for your packages so you know when to expect your mail.

At this time, we cannot guarantee service to customers in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico because of the unavailability of air coverage, and will stop shipping to these states on April 15, 2021. However, we’re committed to pursuing solutions that will give us reach in these areas.

We look forward to providing fast, affordable shipping as the year continues. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Eightvape Team

Just received an email from HeartlandVapes
https://wholesale.heartlandvapes.com/
For those that don’t know they are typically a wholesale company but also supply us DIY consumers until now… damn PACT ACT crap…

Vape Mail Ban/PACT ACT

Due to the Pact Act, we will stop accepting orders for shipment through UPS 03-25-2021 to ensure all orders are shipped out before the Mail Ban. Current order processing times are longer than normal due to an extreme influx in order quantities. Please be patient with us during this time of change.

Keep an eye on our website. The Propylene Glycol market is currently volatile. Logistic and manufacturing companies are backed up due to the pandemic and weather interruptions. This is causing a global supply issue and significant cost increase of product.

We are working with legal and special interest business groups to implement plans moving forward. We are being forced to cease all shipments to retail consumers. The primary focus of HeartlandVapes has always been wholesale. We expect our brick-and-mortar customers to have substantial growth. We have always been loyal to our stores and will continue to be. Thank you all for being our customer. We love you!

Our current plan:

Ship orders out as freight LTL (less than truck load) palletized shipments.

Explore shipping to surrounding states once a month, meeting at a designated area.

Encourage all customers to order and pick up at our facility 333 N. Portland Ave. OKC, OK

Ship USPS if feasible and allowed. We do not know until they post the regs.

What you can do:

Work with industry partners in your area, group buy to offset shipping costs.

Improve inventory management and order once a month.

Drive to our manufacturing facility and pick up orders.

Get involved with advocacy groups

Be advised, I’ve been loading up my FINAL cart at Nude Nicotine, and checking, fixing, adding, deleting, etc., and last night the shipping (USPS I think) was going to be $17.00, and when I finalized the cart/order this morning, the shipping increased to $27.00.

Not sure, but if you have orders to place, better you do it SOONER, rather than later, JUST in case.

I don’t mind picking up other’s orders and shipping it to y’all. Just as long as y’all cover shipping costs and a little for gas. The place is a little out of my way.

well that is mighty kind of you :slightly_smiling_face:, but perhaps you should be a bit tight lipped about it, if you know what i’m say’n

rite? im mad af rite now. I just found out about the ban 3 days ago. I’ve never been on this site before or even heard of it til now (so i dnt kno language rules or regulations, n since I cuss like a truck driver, a lot of this reply might be hard to understand cuz ima try to censor most of my words), cuz I was googling info about what the ban entails n whether it included the pre-built geekvape X1/X2 coils for my cerebus tank/geekvape aegis Max kit, that i JUST got 2wks ago. n whether or not it included my salt nic, regular nic, pg/vg, PG flavor concentrates, along with the mixing DIY gear (pipettes, open mouth syringes, and the 10/15/30 ml plastic bottles)? so im effin furious, cuz as I understood it, the first ban was sposed to make it so u had to hav ur age verified by id when ordering online, n signing for ur package. well out of the 5-7 sites I order from, only 2 ever asked me for a photo of my ID- all they wanted was the bday to go with my c.c. #. n even though they added tax for signatures and took away my cheaper shipping options so I can only get the more expensive ones that require adult signature, I’ve never once had to sign for any of my nic, or vaping products, even as recently as two weeks ago. now, I agree with what errrkah said about 6% of kids getting their products online. both of my teenagers are now vaping (apparently they both started vaping before I did), and they either get it through their friends or by standing outside of 7-Eleven and other liquor stores and having adults going and buy them puff bars. both of them have gotten a hold of mod starter kits thru ppl they know, and thought they were too complicated and too much of a hassle and didn’t use them and went back to Puff bars. now, on top of that, if all you need to order online is your mother’s bday to go with

Welcome to ELR @PandoraJynx. Better late than never. You’ve got some time left, so you might want to STOCK UP, just in case.

you still have a little time to stock up. but if you just started, do you even know what you want/need ?

Actually you might check. If they change vape to same as tabbaco rules I believe they allow for limited consumer shipment to remote areas such as Alaska Hawaii… but I’m not 100% on hawaii.

Sitting here with 1.5 liters of nic in the freezer. Wondering if I will need more. Sigh. Also wondering if I should order some from River Suppy. Not sure on their nic but if I do, I could get some more MF flavors…
