My chaotic drawers that I used for duplicate flavors have now been delegated to appropriately named large carboard boxes and I have a few more large boxes with flavors that need to be sorted into their boxes, sighs! You have yours sorted by vendor, mine are sorted via flavors. WE SERIOUSLY NEED TO START A FLAVOR-AHOLIC ADDICT ANONYMOUS CLUB!!! How many flavors in your stash?

Yup definitely Kicking myself today I went ahead and ordered a few flavors for a recipe idea @DiyVapor and then I realized I forgot 2 flavors that I wanted to rework an old recipe. Oh well I’ll work one recipe at a time.

Pretty much the only 2 carrot cakes are VT and WF. I have the VT of course and I had the WF at one time (I used it all) and they were both good though the VT defiantly had more carrot flavor. The original Headless Horseman’s Pumpkin Roll got a 6 out of 10. Not my best work. so I want to rework it differently. Though like I said I’ll wait and work on it later.

One of them has a really good walnut flavour if you push it high enough, I want to say VT but it’s a while since I played with Carrot Cake so I’m not 100%.
The Carrot Cake never really turned out how I wanted, the best I got was pairing VT and WF together and throwing that on a cheesecake base so sort of a Carrot Cake Cheesecake.

Thanks but as Wayne said it was really heavy on pumpkin and the yam made the carrot too forward. I’m going to rework it with less pumpkin, more cake and a lot better frosting.

No it doesn’t. @KC111 I was just rasa-ma-tazing you over your flavors, I can’t talk, hehe. I’ve got most of the BIG jugs stored in a closet, these are just the working totes, and some extras. I’m tracking my burn rate VERY closely, and culling a few that I was selling to help LIMIT what I HAVE to keep at higher levels. We’ll see how well THAT works out lol. Obviously I really move most of the Old Tried and Trues, Cap, TPA, FA, and FW believe it or not.
