Hi @McDuckie !

I searched for this on Nomz and couldn’t find it and it is out of stock at Diyejuice. Is there something else I could use instead that won’t affect the profile too much?

Ah never mind lol, I found the answer in a later reply of yours hehe:

Thanks anyway!

I ordered Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla (VTA) to use instead of the Vanilla Classic (VTA).

Lol, I just came upon this list. I have a good deal of those but wouldn’t mind trying some of the others. Damn you @McDuckie , you post a devilish looking cookie recipe and then you draw up a list of flavors. Are you sure you aren’t somebody’s salesman?

Where did you get those pull out drawers (middle picture)?

It is a combination of these 2 items pushed side by side.

Wow, thx! these are more affordable than the plastic ones like from Lowe’s, etc. Can the drawers pull out all the way? What I don’t like about mine (the Lowe’s type) is that the drawers have stoppers and it makes you have to reach inside to get to the bottles in back. You can’t even see them that well because of it.

Yes, these Seville drawers can come out completely. They hold up very well over many years.

I ended up finding them at Walmart online with a $10 rollback  Should be landing soon.

Perfect! I remember you saying you used corrugated paper to keep your bottles slightly raised so I used your idea and folded my cardboard similarly to keep my bottles tilted at an angle, too.

yes, I guess I’ll have to do that again for my new drawers. I wish I could get them ready made, lol.

It is a simple to set up, in fact, it was much harder on my hands (and yours) to fold cardboard vs paper. I used my mailing cardboard so I would have a sturdier foundation and that was an agony of a workout.

I wonder if there is such a thing as accordion cardboard or plastic? All we’d have to do is cut it down to size. I’m gonna look now.

Let me know if you find it because I would love to purchase that, too. It was a bitch manually folding cardboard over on itself. At least I was able to make mine slightly raised to keep the flavors at an angle vs what the accordion cardboard would do.

This is the only thing I found but it’s not the right dimensions and expensive because it’s for accordions (the instrument). I did see a YouTube vid on folding corrugated cardboard or plastic. It’s very easy, just time consuming when you have as many drawers as we do.

I think we need to find spice organizers something like this but the right sizes, material and cheap.

Gotta admit, this gal came up with a genius idea for a lazy Susan. She made spice drawer organizers too. I think it’s worth a look. All on the cheap.

That was very close to what I did to my own drawers except I used the cardboard from the CD Priority Mail boxes that I got for free that was already very close to the exact size I needed for the drawers and instead of using hot glue and partially cutting the back end of the board to fold for that rise, I just used heavy duty duct tape and I partially folded the end piece of the cardboard into accordion style for that raised slope. Here’s the pic so you don’t have to scroll all the way back up. It is far from as neat as shown from your video, that was a helpful video. Thanks for sharing.
