Not to worry, you can charge your battery with your USB cable, it will work. MyVapeStore.com is just commenting what has always been said of 18650 batteries. It’s best to charge them externally. This has always been thought to be true and apparently their opinion has not changed…
I will get a charger but I’m saving up some money, until then the iStick has to suffice
