How about the tc setting? Is it good to go out of the box or did you have to tinker with it first?

Haven’t played with that yet. The Cerberus is a kanthal mesh. I will say that this feels great in the hand and is an eye catcher

@Lostmarbles It is the best in-hand feel. I love my Cylon but it has three critical flaws I’ll point out so you can be aware and maybe get some extended enjoyment from yours. First off, the screen will not last very long. Smoant will say it’s because you got juice in it but that is not the real reason. The screen has a ribbon cable to attach it to the main board. The connector on the board itself is very nice and is not the problem. It’s the tapped on connection at the screen side of the ribbon. When it gets hot it acts like heat-shrink and pulls on the ribbon causing the screen to short and/lose connections. This will happen quickly if you leave it in a warm place too long or vape it a high power alot. If you open it up never rub across the screen side of the ribbon connection you will just cause the same problem by moving it slightly. Cleaning the screen can cause this too. You can by replacement screens cheap on Smoants web site. Get some now, shipping takes forever. I’ll post the next flaw later when I get a chance.

The next fatal flaw with the Cylon is that the top cap is screwed into plastic. If the screws are tightened even a smidgen more than the perfect torque the plastic inside will break! The last flaw is the paint. When the top cap plastic inside does break and your at work needing a quick fix, don’t tape it on because the tape will peel off the paint! Ask me how I know all this

Yeah, I remember from my review when I took it apart and saw those plastic nubs the small screws go into. Definitely a mod I pause to use an RDA with tight orings, afraid if I pull too hard the top might pop off. I also remember someone having a big tank like the Aromamizer Plus on it and it tipped over on there desk and the plastic nubs broke off.
Still such an enjoyable mod but your flaws are spot on. They should release a Cylon V2, fix those flaws and make it dual 21700
