Vape Mail 2021

Most of that stuff is old. I will be writing about the Drag 3 though. The Nightmare 25 is pretty strait forward… It vapes really well. I still prefer the Asgard Mini because the draw is quieter, and it looks better IMO. The flavor is really great with either of them though.

Nooo nope: the copper model is definitely better

Looks totally steampunk - copper does - like some vaporizer someone made in Victorian England when Jack the Ripper was cruising Whitechapel :upside_down_face:

See: “totally” auto-failed to “people” …

What’s that plate on the left side of the second photo? That the fire button?

No, but moreso now.

The brand new sparkly ones just don’t look the same as dirty - that patina makes it look high end: the beand new ones look cheaper than the same mods once they’re filthy.

Yeah I would only lightly brasso a copper or brass mod at most and probably just use water most often when cleaning, though I like that aged patina on things and love old furniture for similar reason.

There’s lots of antique furniture that’d look great stripped-back and repolished completely, but the amount of character that’s lost by doing that stops it looking antique and once 200 years of that character is removed it’s not coming back for another 200 years.

Not that that has anything to do with a mech vaping mod, but it’s the character dirty copper/brass objects take on that makes them look high end for me.

brasso is abrasive, i would never use that on a mod.

patina is great on old furniture. but on a mod, to me, not so much. we all like what we like, and thats ok.

the stabwood, i machined that from a block. and the buttons also.

I’d have to have one to know really: depending how fast and how filthy it got I might prefer it clean too, though never as clean as new: I’d try and keep some of the discoloration in the carved detail for visual poppiness :smirk:
