Just get a PP Debit card. Works like any Visa/MC but only allows whats in your PP balance. Same protectection and can be used anywhere that accepts Visa/MC

EDIT: One thing I noticed is that Ecig Mafia and Kanger Wholesale have similar site structure and almost the same stock and quantities.
Mafia does have some items Kanger doesn’t, at least last time I looked. I never ordered from the mob yet.

I think they drop ship from them. I have used Eciga Mafia but it’s been a couple of years since. I did not have any problems and got a killer price for what I bought. Their normal stuff seems overpriced but when something is marked down it can be substantial.

This is in the US. I think they rent space in a pick an pack contractor in California. If it’s in stock in the US store it’s shipped in 48 hours and I receive it in 3/4 days.

My Liquid DIY order arrived today. Unfortunately it was sitting in my letterbox from about 11am until 4pm when I arrived home from work. At least the temperature hasn’t been as hot as it has been and only about 30 deg C today.
The bottles were certainly quite warm to the touch so I’m hoping the flavours are alright. Don’t know what happened to the freebie as it never arrived but can’t complain as I didn’t deserve it anyway.
