So i decided to give darkstar i mean chefs a shot as my order at nomz would have been £36 for 6 concentrates so for £9 more i got 5 litres of vg and 2.5l of pg so its a win in my book

In total shock this arrived this morning. Usually when i have dpd deliver vape items they have never delivered on a saturday. Shipped late afternoon yesterday. Here at 10 am So this was a nice suprise

I’ve got the exact opposite @Psycho_316, as I ordered another Voltrove 25 v.3 and some alien wire sticks from Coil Clout, and despite getting a “It’s on the way” message, the tracking shows only the label was printed, and it’s coming on to over 1.5 weeks. I HOPE it is related to their recent move.

I too am waiting on two orders from Coil Clout, one placed on 2/22 and another placed on 3/1, both state the label was created but no further information.

Same EXACT thing (but you knew that already, hehe). I shot Jonathan an email yesterday, and no response yet, and just called him about 10 minutes ago, and left a VM.
NOW, I DO know that they’re supposedly in the middle of a “move”, BUT, (and there’s ALWAYS a BUT), it’s coming up on 2 weeks after my “Great News It’s On The Way” email, and still JUST a shipping label.
Does anyone have a good/better contact for Jonathan, as currently, they’re loosing some CLOUT with me.

Let’s hope you’re right Mr. @fidalgo_vapes. NOW, let’s be fair, if they’re moving, fine, kind of a big deal, I get it, but how about NOT charging credit cards for things that haven’t shipped, OR, how about an update email for everyone stuck waiting in the queue ??
Sometimes the LITTLE things, have the BIGGEST impact during times like these, just sayin’.

Well I didn’t want to “harsh” out on the guy, as Jonathan seems to have a pretty good rep online, and I’m sure moving an entire business can slow things down, but this DOES appear to be affecting orders like mine (and others) that were placed before any mention of a move. I never got any text blasts, and don’t FB so, hehe, there’s that going for me.

Thanks for your order/support! You may have seen from our emails, SMS blasts, FB posts, website header etc that we have been moving our HQ to a much larger and nicer location. Responding to the 100s of email inquiries slows things down and gets orders out slower as I must stop setting up the workspace to respond to emails. This is why i have not even looked at my email or socials until today as we’ve been busy setting up the new house and workshop to get orders out ASAP. Bought a S load of wire a little over a year ago. They sent the wrong wire and totaly screwed up. Contacted thru the site I got no response. Went to their Facebook page and it got taken care of the same day.
