I do the acetaldehyde I guessed from killer kustard. water is your best friend in fighting vape headache. I use killer kustard as a flavoring at 10% now.

I tend to get headaches when vaping when I’m dehydrated or if I’ve been hitting it really really hard. For me staying hydrated lemonades most of them.

When I smoked, and chewed I would get short duration, but intense headaches when I got too much nicotine. Now years later if I vape too much i’ll also get them, just not as bad. I also have allergies which more than likely has effects. Also we have 40+ active volcanos, and multiple forest fires of massive magnitudes on a global scale right now. There is smoke, s02, (sulfer) and all sorts of unusual stuff in the air at this moment. I’m sure that don’t help.
