I bought from ecig Express 1 time but they stopped selling vg pg and nicotine to to Washington laws.
Where is best reasonable place to get these at?
I’m on disability so gotta watch budget.

Liquid Nicotine Wholesalers so far is the cheapest I’ve seen… Nicotine River has great deals too… Um several on the resource page, honestly I’d just go there and see who has the best deals at the moment
