Even though I’m new at the whole rebuildable experience, I have to say I am truly enjoying my Voltrove!
I just rewicked and I left a lot more cotton in the tails, I started with almost too much to fit through the coil. I didn’t thin it at all just fluffed the ends where I cut.
Much better flavour than the last build which I thinned out too much.
@marsh8 I found it to not be overly picky, as I didn’t struggle to super thin, or measure accurately, just folded them over and cut them.
After going through half the tank, I don’t think it was that so much now, although I know I thinned too much last time.
I changed the recipe in it and I think 1.5% SSA Clotted Cream is too much.
I was ordering a new charger, but somehow that disappeared from the cart and another one of these appeared.
I know right! My evil twin brother has been having fun ordering of late
I have an evil twin brother like that too and he is so extravagant with my money, I wish he would stop doing that.
Right here we go ,I’ve had some sort of flu bug and my taste has been off now I’m better I can stump up my thoughts on this rta I’ve gone the other way to you all and put a 3 mm .45 coil in simple 2 core Clapton I run these in all my boro rdl and smaller tanks low wattage. Now the time I shout Wow the Vapor I get off this is close two a duel coil ,I have no idea why dense cloud full on flavour it’s cloudy and at 35 watts it’s slightly restricted very close (if you have one) to the eclipse duel but loader on the air intake .All said and done this ones in my ADV rotation I’ll try other coils when I get bored with this one
I was all set to try dual coils finally, but the buggers I got came out at 0.08, haven’t figured it out they weren’t meant to be that low.
When I get a situation like that I loosen the coil leads, remove and re-insert. Many times, but not always, this fixes low ohm issues.
Just had that problem with a set nicrome 80 surposed to be .1 kept coming up .5 put them on a dna 250 and give a slow kick as long as your device will go down to low ohm
Thanks for the tip. I got them a fraction higher by spacing the wraps. They were still too low for what I’d wanted though so they went in an aromamizer which I knew I preferred at higher wattage.
