Hi all, iv just got some vta carrot cake and was wondering if it’s any good to use like a one shot and if so could anyone recommend a mixing %.

You can use it as a One-Shot. Personally I found it to shine with the addition of Vape Train’s own nuts (Walnut is the one I prefer myself).
For percentages, well this is personal taste. I’d suggest starting at 3% and building from there.
