VTA Fizzy Sherbet replacement?

Normally just a little plastic spoon but some come with a hard candy stick you can dip in;

That^^^ is Australian sherbet.

Is that our Rocky on a mission to clone VTA fizzy sherbet ?
I might jump in with you, i love doing things like this, & creating a viable alternative to VTA fizzy sherbet would be awesome.
Do you think the flv citrus soda &/or lemon lime soda (whatever that new one is called?) could work??

Did you manage to get any fizzy sherbet? Have you ever tried it before?
Im pretty sure i have about 100ml of it & i rarely use it tbh, i could probably spare 30ml if you want/need some?
& again, i wouldnt want anything for it, just you sort shipping.

Our sherbert still has a lime/lemon section in it.

But also raspberry, orange, so on…

This sounds like it would be a good candy background flavor.

Im not a big fan of the " Hard Candy (FW) / Grape Candy (TPA)" background vitamin taste.

I think I’m ok mate thank you I would keep hold of that it will come in handy in the future

Think I’ve got a fresh 30ml in a box somewhere just wanted to stock more but it’s not overly important as you say tho

I’m glad I got that toffee butter base tho that is delicious

  • Nomz SC citrus fruit -
This flavour is quite reminiscent of VTA fizzy sherbet, but its much better imo (Edit - “much” better is a bit of an exaggeration tbh, it is better imho but i made it sound like fizzy sherbet wasnt that great & it actually is fantastic, i do think the nomz is a bit better though), it has similarities to a lemon lime soda (a good one) but theres a lot more to it than that, it also has a really nice effervescemt quality at the 3.75% i tested it at (supposed to be 3.5% but overdripped) similar to nomz lemon when you push that to 3.5%+. At this % it feels full, saturated & it doesnt really feel like it needs any help, the SFT is vaping like a fully developed recipe. I have been really enjoying this solo last night & all today, i have burned through 40ml already (not literally burned) & had to make a 60ml SFT .
I think this is my favourite Nomz SC flavour out of all the ones i have so far. I got 4x 30mls of it in my cart ready for my next order, lol.

I actually think this Nomz citrus fruit could be a really good replacement for VTA fizzy sherbet, im not sure how it would play as a direct sub in already developed recipes but i think if you wanted to develop a recipe that you planned on using fizzy sherbet, i think you could definitely make it work with citrus fruit. Im vaping both side by side & they definitely have some very strong similarities at the %'s i mixed them at, i do think the citrus fruit is a much nicer vape though, i could vape this stuff solo all day & be happy with it, its a really nice flavour.
I have the VTA fizzy sherbet at 4% & the Nomz citrus fruit at 3.75% -

Thank you for review. That’s another one to add to my cart.
It will be good for a quick steep, vape in the hot weather flavour

Its a really nice flavour, i sat in my garden with 10ml of each SFT, the citrus fruit was gone in under 2hrs,lol, i have never had to make a 60ml SFT before .
All what iv gathered is only from 24hrs, it really is a fantastic flavour, & its great right off the shake, literally shake it its good to go, if you like fizzy sherbet you will more than likely like this flavour, there are some similarities (at the % i tested at anyway, not sure how it would come through at lower %'s?). Im gonna test how well it fares in recipes/being mixed with stuff etc over then next few weeks though, it could be one of those thats good solo but a terrible mixer? I dunno yet, last time i checked no one had used it in any recipes.

now if only DIY-ejuice . com would carry nomZ flavors i think we could all benefit from that.

given the problems with shipping

Im always open to be a “middle man” for anyone wanting anything from the uk that dont/wont ship to the US. You could have your flavours/vape gear sent to my house & forward it to your address, the royal mail in uk do a pick up service where they will collect parcels from one address & ship it to the next, all sorted out online, it will be a little more costly with the extra shipping but if you order enough to get free shipping from nomz or wherever you order from, then you’d only have to pay for shipping one way at least, its not ideal but it is another option.

Good find @RicklePick-Eddie1z :+1:
Unfortunately I gave all my Nomz SC flavours away and won’t buy from them again…

No I don’t, although both have a good lime note that is needed the citrus soda has a wierd orange oil taste to it for me, and the lemon lime soda is weak with no fizzy. The new Flv Rainbow Sherbet has the most fizziness to it for me (but also an orange note)
Now that I am retesting the VTA Fizzy Sherbet, it’s hard to tell exactly what fruit flavors I am getting, there could be a tiny bit of orange and a red fruit in there…

Yeah i always thought there was a faint “pink’ish-red” note right in the background with fizzy sherbet, it really is a unique flavour & theres nothing you can use as a direct sub like there is with most other flavours (not that im aware of anyway).
The nomz citrus fruit is an amazing flavour but its not a direct sub for FS, however, if you were building a recipe from scratch & wanted to use fizzy sherber but couldnt for whatever reason, you could definitely use the citrus fruit for the same thing you would use fizy sherbet for, i do think the nomz one is starting to lose a bit of that effervescence as it steeps though, its still there but its not as in your face as it was the first 2 days.
I will test if it can be used as a sub next time i get my mixing gear out, ill make up 2 recipes the same 1 w/nomz 1 w/vta, see how it fares & i will also mix an existing recipe up & do the same.
