Wattage settings on Temp Mode

I just upgraded myself to Temp mode vaping using SS 316 after reading all the great things about SS coils on temp control mode.
6 months ago,I started with the Kanger Mini and sub ohm tanks and temp control there was a no brainer with the sub ohm pre made coils. I just set my prefer temperature and vape. The wattage setting is at default 75W.
2 months ago I obtained a Reuleaux RX200s and I had been using wattage control for all coils till yesterday when I thought I should get into temp control for my SS coils.
I notice there is a wattage control setting for temp control after I set in my prefer temperature.
My questions:
What wattage should I be setting this wattage to?
Is there any guide line?
What is the purpose for this wattage setting if I am using TC mode?

I would appreciate help and comments please.

Thank you for the link.

My coils show a range for the watts like 15-30 watts so i just adjust inside that range, i try to keep the temp below 400 to keep the cotton from burning too fast.
(using Joyetech factory coils)
