Hi,
Can someone please explain the way to formulate ml’s to grams. We have found some recipes that are in ml’s and not percentages, so any help would be appreciated.

1 ml = 1 gram is what I use, there is some differences with some brands who specify this on the recipe side but I do not worry about it

1ml = 1g seems to work for me too. Except for VG of course, you forgot that. Think VG is more 1ml = 1.3-1.4g.
