How was the concert! My wife and daughter are going to see them August 19, here in Toronto.
All I can say is amazing!!! The crowd consisted of teens all the way up to senior citizens. <<<Obvious Zeppelin fans. The concert was originally supposed to be in March but rescheduled due to the guitarist being hospitalized with pneumonia. It was worth the wait. 10 minute guitar solo, drum solo, pyrotechnics and that voice. I’m guessing he will will go down in history as one of the best vocalists of this generation.
The arena was full so guessing it sold out. Was very cool to see thousands of cellphones lit up during this masterpiece of a song. So so talented. Enjoy the concert in August
A little more obscure, “Blind Owl” is the best Blues guitarist you never heard of.

Damn, you opened up the memory vault. Haven’t heard or thought of this one in decades.
Such a good jam!
WARNING: Language, flashing lights and awesomeness in this video.
In that vein, please allow me to piggyback with one of the most EPIC drumlines in metal!

Tomas Haake wrote the drums for this piece, then had to spend almost 3 months(if my memory serves) relearning how to play the drums so that he could actually play the entire piece. WTF? Who the hell even does this and then plays barefoot? Tomas Haake, that’s who! Not to dismiss DC, his work is friggin’ awesome, too!
Wow so much brass…
Lots of drummers play in socks or barefoot. My mate plays barefoot, too. He says he can feel the balance of the mechanics better this way.
I like this drummer but it’s hard to listen to the whole thing
Excellent drummer! This was the track that got me into PT, specifically Gavin’s mastery behind the kit.
something different …Paul Davids is talented and has one heck of a memory TOP 80 GREATEST GUITAR INTROS - YouTube
